2009 Porsche 997 C4S with GT3 package

Car is amazing in and out. I purchased brand new in 2009 and have babied it ever since. Kept covered in an indoor, climate-controlled garage, and only driven in warm weather (not exposed to snow or salt). Never ever ever smoked in (emphasized because I am highly allergic, so empathize with anyone else in similar situation). All surfaces other than the rear engine lid are fully wrapped in Xpel Ultimate paint protection film to preserve factory original paint. No accidents, no abuse. Just under 40K back road and parkway miles. All Porsche maintenance performed as per factory schedule regardless of mileage. $116K before $40K in customized upgrades.
